SoulCollage & Mindfulness Workshop for Women
In this workshop, Clinical Psychologist Dr Linda Shanti and Mindfulness Teacher Charity Kahn will co-facilitate Mindfulness and SoulCollage process in order to assist you in re-connecting your mind, body and soul.
SoulCollage® is a collage process in which you collage cards for different aspects of your multifaceted Self. You make your own deck of cards, each collage card representing one aspect of your personality or Self. You can make a card for your "Perfectionist," your "Wise Mind," your "Scared Little One," your "Fierce Feminist," your "Inner Critic," your "Goddess Council" (the list goes on indefinitely). This deck has different "suites" including archetypes, aspects of your personality, animal guides, and cards for people who have had a significant influence in your life. The collage cards can then be used to answer life questions that you ask, receiving an intuitive response from your own Self. It may sound "woo woo" but it is often quite profound what emerges.
In this workshop, we will be using SoulCollage and guided mindfulness practice to create a collage of your "Wise Mind." This is that part of your inside that "knows." Some people call it your intuition, some call it connection with "Higher Power," some call it "the still quiet voice." You know when you are following the guidance of this part of your Self, and when you are not. When you are following it, you can't get lost. How can you strengthen a connection with his part of you?
