Testimonials from past participants:
"My meditation lessons with Charity over the past year have been life-changing. I had always thought of myself as someone who 'couldn’t' meditate. I’d tried several times before and could never get it to stick. Charity met me where I was with warmth, patience, and openness. She explains concepts clearly, always takes all the time needed to answer my many questions, and wants to know what’s going on in my life and tailors our meditations accordingly. I am happy to say that meditation is now an essential part of my life. It’s helped me be more present in the moment, and it’s what I gravitate to when I’m experiencing challenges or strong emotions. Having Charity in my life is such a gift. I still have so much to learn, and I’m grateful that she is my guide." ~Kelly H
"Charity is profoundly suited and skillful as a meditation teacher/support. She knows just how to navigate, with her client, the obstacles to developing a sustainable, daily, grounding practice. She truly meets you were you are with no judgement, and holds space for the individual journey, while always keeping an eye on the practice and its merits and her commitment to sharing its riches. And her voice is so soothing and beautiful. Thank you, Charity, for all the light you shine!" ~Alison R
"It is hard to succinctly state the impact Charity has had in terms of mindfulness in my life. Meditation has helped me foster a sense of connection to my self and to be more present for all the joys and challenges in my life. Charity's trauma-informed approach to teaching helped me feel comfortable using meditation on my healing journey. My daily meditation practice is invaluable, and I am so grateful to Charity for her individual support as well as her group meditation classes." ~Val W
"Charity's meditation class was the first time I ever felt I 'got"'meditation. She has a way of being a fierce and skilled truth-teller while simultaneously being incredibly compassionate and made me feel as if anything I was experiencing had a seat at the table. Charity dives into the details in all she offers -- I can always trust her words to be well-researched from all angles and presented in a way that gives me space to figure it out on my own. And I can't neglect to mention her fantastic sense of humor! I highly recommend doing anything with her!" ~Diana O
"I feel so fortunate to have Charity Kahn in my life. She has been such a good teacher and influence on my life for meditation and for trying to eat more vegan meals. I have participated in most of her programs (in person and online) because the more Charity I have in my life, the better I feel. In fact, the only non-work Zoom call I will do any more is meditation with Charity. I am on calls all day but there is something about community meditation that works and is amazing even online. Charity has a way of making meditation and even vegan cooking resonate with me more than anyone else. I so appreciate her and the programs she offers." ~Tiffany C
